Any person who claims to be the owner of a trademark has to submit a trademark application stating the related goods and services that the company deals in. Mynyx Consulting will be happy to assist you with the application. First, we shall check if your Trademark is in the Intellectual Property database. We shall then prepare the trademark application and file it on your behalf with the Trademark Registrar immediately after the application is signed. The application filed goes through many checks and is opened for public objection before it becomes a ®. We shall require the following documents from you in order to proceed with the filing process: 1. Authorization form, 2.TM Infosheet, and 3.Board Resolution (If you are registering as a Company). After the application is filed with the Registrar you will receive a confirmation and a certificate, following which you can start using the TM symbol.
