Mynyx Consulting offers services for trademark registration in India for a nominal fee. Trademark Rules, 2002 provide for the regulations governing filing of forms and fees for the purpose of trademark prosecution in India. The fee is to be paid with regard to application, registration, renewal, opposition, other expedited examination and reports, and any other matter under the Act.
Fees may be paid in cash, by money order, by bank draft or by cheque. Bank drafts and cheques must be crossed and made payable to the Registrar at a suitable office of the Trade Marks Registry. They must be drawn on a bank located at the place where the Trade Marks Registry’s office is situated. The Registrar may make provisions for electronic fee transfer facilities subject to guidelines and instructions, which will be made aware to the public.As per notifications issued by the Government of India, the official fee for the purpose of registering a trademark is Rs. 4000.
